Acknowledgement:

1. Scheduling commercials, except otherwise stated in the Contract, is at HUMTUM CITY’s sole discretion.
2. In the event that HUMTUM CITY's fails to broadcast an advertisement or deliver the full time period as scheduled in the contract, or in the event of any other failure, technical or otherwise, It's the sole Liability shall be limited to placement of the advertisement at a later time in a comparable position until the total advertising time is delivered. HUMTUM CITY’s shall have no liability for any failure or delay resulting from any governmental or political action, natural occurrence, strikes, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption, or any other condition affecting production or delivery in any manner beyond the control of HUMTUM CITY’s.
3. All past due invoices are subject to a charge of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum. A$25.00 fee will be charged on any returned check.
4. Failure by Advertiser to make timely payment will result in suspension of advertisement until payment is received and the Advertiser will be responsible for all reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred by the Station in collecting such amounts.
5. If Advertiser cancels the contract in whole or in part, Advertiser agrees to pay the full amount detailed in the contract and any additional early cancellation charges.
6. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction of Harris County will prevail.
7. Pricing for any renewal period is subject to change and is solely at HUMTUM CITY’s discretion.
